I'm a little disturbed to discover that google reader doesn't seem to respect the friends only option on LJ--at least that's my impression. My friend Kris knew about my engagement even though I put it in a friends only post. Does that mean my just me private posts are available on google reader as well? Everyone around me is so freaked out and fucked up by the war, then there's the partial birth abortion law being passed, affirmative action at the supreme court, and Bush's proposed tax cuts that would force the gov't to stop doling out social security and medicare and medicade.
